Shalimar Paints Limited has reappointed Shan Jain as an Independent Director with effect from February 13 2026.
Jain is the founder of Bridge to Ocean 29 and works closely with emerging ventures and established businesses across sectors such as manufacturing industrials food construction and retail. Her advisory work includes associations with companies such as Bikaji Foods Arboreal Vinty Impex and Infra.Market where she supports growth strategy brand development and market positioning.
She is a certified Independent Director under the ISB EY programme and currently serves on the boards of Infra.Market and Carrier AirConditioning. Earlier in her career Jain held senior leadership roles at leading communication and media organisations including Mindshare Madison Media and Publicis. During this period she worked with prominent brands across consumer and healthcare segments including Unilever Nestlé Marico Titan Dabur and Sun Pharma.
With more than three decades of experience Jain is recognised for building strong brands leading business turnarounds and shaping growth focused communication strategies across B2B and B2C markets. She holds a master’s degree from St Stephen’s College and a bachelor’s degree from Miranda House Delhi University.
