Ashok Bhandari has been appointed as a Non Executive Non Independent Director from January 30 2026. Sreedevi Pillai has been reappointed as an Independent Director effective January 28 2026.
Saurav Adhikari is the Founder and Senior Partner at Indus Tech Edge Fund and serves on several listed company boards. His career includes senior leadership roles at Unilever PepsiCo and Groupe SEB where he was Chief Executive Officer of the India business. He spent nearly two decades at HCL between 2000 and 2019 holding roles such as Founding President of its startup enterprise networking firm President of ITES North America and President of Global Corporate Strategy. Adhikari brings four decades of global experience across technology FMCG and consumer durables. He holds a BA Honours in Economics from Hindu College University of Delhi an MBA from JBIMS Mumbai University and an AMP from INSEAD Fontainebleau.
Subir Chakraborty last served at Exide Industries Limited as Managing Director and spent over ten years at the board level including assignments in domestic and overseas subsidiaries. He is the immediate past President of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry and was a National Council Member of the Confederation of Indian Industry from 2022 to 2024. He also contributes to academia as a guest faculty at institutions such as IIM Calcutta and serves as an Independent Director at Strides Pharma Science Limited. Chakraborty has more than four decades of experience across marketing sales projects and general management. He is a mechanical engineer from IIT Madras with a PGDM from IIM Calcutta.
