Netweb Technologies India Limited has approved the reappointment of Sanjay Lodha as Chairman and Managing Director with effect from August 14 2026. The company has also reappointed Vivek Lodha Niraj Lodha and Navin Lodha as Whole Time Directors with effect from the same date.
Sanjay Lodha is one of the Promoters of Netweb Technologies India Limited and has been associated with the company as a Director since September 22 1999. Before the incorporation of the company he established and operated Netweb Technologies in 1996 which was later acquired in 2016. He has been actively involved in shaping the company’s long term strategy and business development since 2016 contributing to its growth and market expansion. He previously served on the Governing Council of MAIT from 2016 to 2022 and currently holds the position of Vice President. He has also been a member of Intel’s Board of Advisors in 2020 and 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Economics from the University of Delhi and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from Apeejay School of Marketing New Delhi.
Vivek Lodha is also a Promoter of the company and has served as a Director since April 13 2015. Prior to joining Netweb Technologies India Limited he was associated with Netweb Technologies from 2008 until its acquisition in 2016. He leads sales and marketing activities for the East Zone and has played a key role in strengthening the company’s regional presence through focused sales strategies and market development initiatives. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College University of Delhi.
Niraj Lodha has been a Director of the company since April 13 2015 and is also one of its Promoters. Before joining the company he worked with Netweb Technologies from 2008 until its acquisition in 2016. He currently heads sales and marketing operations for the South Zone where his experience in regional market expansion and sales strategy continues to support business growth. He has over 25 years of industry experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from S Deshbandhu College.
Navin Lodha is a Promoter of Netweb Technologies India Limited and has been associated with the company as a Director since September 22 1999. Prior to his current role he worked with Netweb Technologies from 2008 until its acquisition in 2016. He leads sales and marketing operations for the West Zone and has contributed to expanding the company’s footprint in the region through targeted sales initiatives and regional market development. He brings more than 25 years of experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College University of Delhi.
