Titan Company Limited has declared the reappointment of Sandeep Singhal as its Independent Director, with effect from November 11, 2025, subject to shareholders' approval.
Singhal, Co-Founder of Nexus Venture Partners, has decades of investment and entrepreneurial experience. He co-founded and ran the well-known healthcare BPO Medusind Solutions and was Co-Founder & Managing Director of eVentures India, which invested in such successful entrepreneurial ventures as CustomerAsset and MakeMyTrip. His career also includes senior roles at McKinsey & Company in the US.
Today, Singhal is on the boards of HT Media Ltd., Alphavector India, and AVAANA Advisory Services, lending strategic growth to various sectors. He graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA with Distinction from The Wharton School.
