Vesuvius India Ltd. announced that Rohit Baheti, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will step down from his role effective September 21, 2025, as he transitions into a global leadership position within the Vesuvius Group.

Baheti, who also serves as Finance Director for Vesuvius’s South Asia operations, has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s financial framework and driving growth across the region. With more than 15 years of experience in investment banking, he brings deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate restructuring, and capital markets.

Prior to joining Vesuvius, Baheti held leadership roles at JM Financial, MAPE Advisory, ICICI Bank, and JP Morgan Chase, where he was involved in several high-profile transactions across industries. His work included notable deals with Bandhan, GIC, ChrysCapital, Burman Group, and CVC Capital, positioning him as a seasoned finance leader with strong deal-making acumen.
