Rohini Venkateswaran has been named Whole Time Director of Gillette India Limited with effect from October 31 2025. The appointment received approval on January 10 2026.
Rohini Venkateswaran currently heads the sales function at Gillette India where she plays a key role in driving market execution and revenue growth. Her leadership focuses on strengthening channel performance improving customer engagement and building sustainable business momentum.
Before this role she served as Vice President and Country Manager at Procter and Gamble Gulf where she managed operations across Kuwait Oman Bahrain and Qatar and also led sales strategy for the UAE market. Her responsibilities included business planning market expansion and commercial execution across multiple geographies.
Venkateswaran began her career with Procter and Gamble India in 2005 and has since built strong expertise in distributor management modern trade sales strategy and planning across India Dubai and the USA. She has worked closely with global customers and multiple channels including e commerce platforms.
She is known for her commitment to equality and inclusion and for building long term strategic partnerships that support business growth. Venkateswaran is an alumna of S P Jain Institute of Management Mumbai and holds a degree in mechanical engineering from RV College of Engineering Bangalore.
