Riju Jhunjhunwala has been reappointed as Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel (MD & KMP) of RSWM Limited, with effect from May 1, 2026, subject to the approval of shareholders. Additionally, Rajeev Gupta has been appointed as Joint Managing Director on the Board of LNJ Greenpet Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of RSWM. Further, Deepak Jain has retired as an Independent Director of the company.
Riju Jhunjhunwala is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of RSWM and also serves as Vice Chairman of HEG Ltd. He is the Managing Director of Bhilwara Energy Ltd. and has experience across multiple sectors, playing a key role in the management and growth of group businesses. He has represented the company in various business associations and industry forums and has been a member of the Young Business Committee at the Confederation of Indian Industry, contributing to discussions on industry and policy matters. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with Business and Management Studies from the University of Bradford.
