Ramesh M. Bhujang has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) of Solar Industries India Limited, with effect from December 3, 2025.
Ramesh Bhujang is a seasoned finance professional with more than four decades of experience in banking, infrastructure financing, and industrial development. He has led senior roles at L&T Infrastructure Finance Ltd. and gained extensive international exposure during his tenure at Asian Finance & Investment Corporation Ltd. in Manila, where he advanced to the position of Associate Managing Director of Investments. His expertise spans project financing, investment management, and strategic growth across diverse financial sectors. Bhujang holds a master’s degree in economics from Mumbai University and a master’s in development management from the Asian Institute of Management.
