The reappointments were approved on December 13 2025 in accordance with applicable corporate governance norms.
Rajan K. Medhekar is a retired senior Indian Police Service officer who previously served as Director General of Police. He brings wide ranging experience in law enforcement governance and strategic administration. His professional expertise includes risk management regulatory compliance and strengthening corporate governance frameworks which supports effective board oversight.
Gopal B. Hosur is also a retired Indian Police Service officer with more than three decades of experience in policing administration and public safety. He contributes strong leadership capabilities with a focus on ethics risk oversight and governance practices. His background enables him to add value to board level discussions on compliance accountability and long term strategy.
