Bajaj Electricals Limited has appointed Rahul Pundir as its Chief Supply Chain Officer and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) with effect from March 2, 2026.
Prior to joining Bajaj Electricals, Pundir served as Executive Officer – Product Supply and Sustainability Leader for the AMA region (Asia, Middle East & Africa) at P&G Japan. During his time at P&G, he generated cost-to-serve efficiencies worth USD 250 million, improved profit margins, expanded manufacturing capacity fivefold, and led major logistics and supply network transformation initiatives across Asia, the Middle East & Africa, India, and Japan.
Pundir brings more than 24 years of global leadership experience in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, and digital transformation. He holds an MBA from IIM Mumbai, a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and additional certifications from IISc Bangalore and the University of Tennessee.
