Raymond Lifestyle Limited has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Prasad EC as Chief Financial Officer. In his new role he will be responsible for overseeing financial operations enhancing financial governance and supporting long term strategic planning across the organisation.
Prasad brings extensive experience in finance leadership and organisational transformation. Before joining Raymond Lifestyle he served as Chief Financial Officer at Bajaj Electricals Limited where he played a key role in improving financial discipline strengthening governance frameworks and driving strategic initiatives. His work supported business restructuring and operational efficiency across functions.
Earlier in his career Prasad held senior finance roles at Voltas Limited where he served as All India Commercial Manager and Finance Head of International Operations. During his tenure he managed large scale commercial functions international finance operations and cross border business support. He has also worked with Emami Limited gaining strong exposure to commercial management financial controls and business operations.
A qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Kolkata and a Cost Accountant from ICWA Kolkata Prasad also holds an Executive MBA in Finance from Harvard University. His blend of technical expertise and leadership experience is expected to add significant value to Raymond Lifestyle as it continues to expand its market presence and strengthen financial performance.
