Leadership change confirmed at Shah Alloys, effective September 10, 2025
It was disclosed by Shah Alloys Limited that the Whole-Time Director of the company, Prakashkumar Ramanlal Patel, had stepped down due to some personal and inevitable reasons. His resignation will be effective from the day of September 10, 2025.
Patel has been a part of Shah Alloys as a leader, contributing his feedback towards the functioning and direction of the company. Though the company acknowledged his decision, it hasn’t disclosed information concerning the choosing of a successor or reorganization plans for the Board of Directors yet.
