Bajaj Auto Limited reappoints Pradeep Shrivastava as Executive Director (Whole-Time Director), effective April 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Bajaj Auto Limited has reappointed Pradeep Shrivastava as Executive Director (Whole-Time Director), with effect from April 1, 2026, pending approval from shareholders.
Pradeep Shrivastava joined Bajaj Auto in 1986 and has built a long career within the company, holding key roles across manufacturing and engineering. He later served as President – Engineering and was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2010. In 2016, he became a member of the Board as Executive Director.
In November 2025, he was nominated to the supervisory boards of KTM AG and Bajaj Mobility AG, representing Bajaj Auto following its acquisition of Bajaj Auto International Holdings AG.
Shrivastava holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and a graduate diploma in production and finance from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
