Antoni is an experienced IKEA executive who was the Deputy CEO during a pivotal growth period for the organization in India. He played a key role in the opening of the inaugural IKEA store in Hyderabad and has led all major global IKEA markets. His new position is a strategic move towards creating the brand’s presence in India under the “One IKEA” vision—designed to consolidate retail operations and cross-functional collaboration.
“With a leadership success track-record in a number of IKEA markets, Patrik will lead an cross-functional effort to implement the strategy of ‘One IKEA India’,” the company said in a statement.
