Pallavi Shardul Shroff will conclude her tenure as an Independent Director of One 97 Communications Limited. Her retirement will take effect on February 8 2026 following the completion of her prescribed term.
Shroff is a senior disputes lawyer with more than four decades of professional experience. She has represented domestic and international clients before the Supreme Court of India High Courts tribunals and arbitral forums. Her arbitration work covers both domestic and cross border matters conducted under ICC LCIA and SIAC frameworks.
She has served as an alternate member from India at the ICC Court of Arbitration and has also been part of the SIAC governing board. She currently contributes to the governing committee of the Mumbai International Arbitration Centre. Shroff has participated in multiple government committees focused on competition law and digital competition.
Her practice spans sectors such as energy infrastructure natural resources mergers and acquisitions and public policy. She also advises on competition law and white collar matters and continues to serve as an Independent Director on listed companies.
