Jain is a qualified Company Secretary and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He brings over two years of hands on experience in secretarial compliance and regulatory management. His professional background includes handling statutory filings supporting board processes and ensuring adherence to corporate governance requirements.
With practical exposure to compliance frameworks and legal documentation Jain is well positioned to support Cineline India’s secretarial and regulatory responsibilities. His role will involve overseeing statutory compliance strengthening governance practices and supporting the company’s leadership in meeting regulatory obligations.
Jain holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from R D and S H National College and S W A Science College and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Children Welfare Centre’s College of Law. His academic foundation combined with his compliance experience adds depth to Cineline India’s corporate governance function.
