Ola Electric Mobility Limited has announced a senior leadership change following approval by its Board of Directors at a meeting held on January 19 2026.
Ola Electric Mobility Limited has appointed Deepak Rastogi as its new Chief Financial Officer. He will take charge of the role from January 20 2026 and will also be designated as a Key Managerial Personnel. As part of this appointment Rastogi will join the company’s senior management team and oversee its financial strategy and operations.
During the same board meeting the resignation of Harish Abichandani from the position of Chief Financial Officer was formally noted. His resignation takes effect from the close of business hours on January 19 2026.
The Board recorded its appreciation for Abichandani’s contributions and services to the company during his tenure and acknowledged his role in supporting the organisation’s financial management and growth initiatives.
