Nilesh Bandale has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (CFO & KMP) of Kalyani Forge Limited due to organisational restructuring and personal reasons, effective November 19, 2025.
Bandale brings over 15 years of professional experience and has previously held key finance roles at Aberdare Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hirschvogel Components India Pvt. Ltd., and Neosym Industries Ltd. A qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he also holds a certification from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. His expertise spans financial management, controls, and strategic planning within manufacturing and engineering-led organisations.
