Nageswara Rao Chatradi has been appointed as Director on the Board of Dhanlaxmi Bank, effective November 18, 2025.
Chatradi brings over 23 years of experience with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and currently serves as General Manager at the Reserve Bank Staff College in Chennai. His career spans key domains of central banking, including currency management, bank supervision, consumer protection, and financial inclusion. He has contributed to policy implementation, operational oversight, and capacity building across multiple RBI departments, strengthening governance and regulatory frameworks within the banking system.
