Mohan Vasant Tanksale has held several senior leadership and board positions across the banking financial services and technology sectors. His earlier roles include serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Indian Banks’ Association, Chairman and Managing Director of Central Bank of India, Executive Director at Punjab National Bank, and General Manager at Union Bank of India. Across these positions he has built extensive experience in banking operations regulation governance and institutional leadership.
Tanksale currently serves on the boards of multiple organisations spanning housing finance capital markets and corporate services. His present roles include Independent Director at Electronica Finance Ltd. and Raja Bahadur International Ltd., Chairman of Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd., Independent Director at Centrum Housing Finance Ltd. and India Pesticides Ltd., and Non Executive Chairman at Rubix Data Sciences Pvt. Ltd. He is also affiliated with professional management and accounting institutes, reflecting his long standing engagement with financial governance and corporate oversight.
