MakeMyTrip Reshuffles Leadership: Kabra Becomes COO, Bohra Steps In as CFO

MakeMyTrip has announced a significant leadership transition, with Mohit Kabra elevated from Group CFO to Group COO and Dipak Bohra appointed as Group CFO, both effective immediately.

In his new role, Kabra will oversee operations across MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and redBus, leveraging his 28 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic leadership. Previously as Group CFO, he was responsible for financial strategy, governance, risk management, and evaluation of growth opportunities. His career includes senior roles at Kohler India, PepsiCo, Seagrams, Colgate Palmolive, and Nagarjuna Fertilizers. A Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, Kabra brings deep expertise in financial management, corporate strategy, and business expansion.

Dipak Bohra, now Group CFO, will lead the company’s finance, legal, compliance, and investor relations functions. A Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of experience, including 23 years at Wipro where he served as Senior Vice President, Bohra also held finance leadership roles at the Aditya Birla Group. His appointment strengthens the company’s financial leadership as it continues to scale in the travel and mobility sector.
