Lumax Auto Technologies Reappoints Dhanesh K. Jain As Executive Chairman & Anmol Jain As MD

Dhanesh Kumar Jain has been reappointed as Executive Chairman, Whole-Time Director, and Key Managerial Personnel of Lumax Auto Technologies Limited, effective May 28, 2026. Further, Anmol Jain has been reappointed as Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel (MD & KMP) of the company, effective May 28, 2026.

Lumax Auto Technologies Limited (LATL) has announced the reappointment of Dhanesh Kumar Jain as Executive Chairman, Whole-Time Director, and Key Managerial Personnel, and Anmol Jain as Managing Director and Key Managerial Personnel (MD & KMP), both effective May 28, 2026.

Dhanesh Kumar Jain has held several distinguished leadership positions, including Former President of the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association (ACMA), Past President of the Suppliers’ Association of Toyota Kirloskar Motors, and Past Chairman of ACMA’s Trade Fairs Committee. He has also served as Co-Chairman of the Regional Committee on Membership and Chairman of the CSR Sub-Committee for the Northern Region of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

With over six decades of experience in the automotive industry, Jain has contributed significantly to the company’s growth through his expertise in management, operations, and strategic leadership. He holds an MBA from Delhi University and has completed the President Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Anmol Jain, reappointed as Managing Director, currently serves as Chairman of the Northern Region of ACMA, President of the Bajaj Auto Vendor Association, and Advisor to the HCI Suppliers Club Society. He has also served as National Coordinator of ACMA–YBLF and Chairman of the CII Haryana State Council.

Beginning his career as a Management Trainee at GSHP, USA, Anmol joined the Lumax DK Jain Group in 2000. With over 25 years of experience in the automotive sector, he has played a vital role in driving the group’s strategic expansion, operational excellence, and innovation initiatives. Jain holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a double major in finance and supply chain management from Michigan State University, USA.
