Level AI, a Silicon Valley HR-tech and customer service intelligence startup, has announced the appointment of Pooja Sudarshan as its first-ever General Counsel, marking a significant milestone in the establishment of the company’s legal and governance infrastructure as it ramps up international expansion.
Sudarshan, licensed to practice in California, New York, and India, brings over a decade of international legal expertise. She previously held senior roles at WilmerHale, Goodwin, King & Spalding, and PwC India, advising clients in technology, health care, and life sciences. Her background in cross-border transactions, compliance, and corporate governance positions her to support Level AI’s enterprise expansion across e-commerce, banking, telecom, and travel sectors.
Aside from her law practice, Sudarshan has been an advocate for women’s health, sustainability, DEI, and ethical tech uptake-principles that resonate with the vision of Level AI as it grows.
