Technology industry veteran and Mindtree Co-Founder Krishnakumar Natarajan concludes his term as Independent Director of Tata Communications.
Krishnakumar Natarajan has completed his tenure as an Independent Director of Tata Communications Limited, with effect from July 15, 2026.
Natarajan is a technology industry veteran and the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Mela Ventures. He is also the Co-Founder of Mindtree, a global information technology services company, where he played a key role in building and expanding the business.
Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Electronic Commerce and Financial Solutions at Wipro. Over the years, he has held several leadership positions across the technology sector, contributing to business growth, digital transformation, and innovation.
With extensive experience in information technology and business leadership, Natarajan has worked closely with organisations on technology driven growth strategies, innovation, and digital business initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Systems from XLRI Jamshedpur.
