HDB Financial Services Limited has announced that Karthik Srinivasan, Chief Business Officer and Senior Management Personnel (SMP), will step down from his role effective March 31, 2026, as he plans to explore career opportunities outside the company.
Srinivasan has held leadership roles at organizations including Serco Global Services and Mphasis Ltd., where he was responsible for managing large teams and driving business expansion initiatives. He also co-founded Zeus Systems as part of his entrepreneurial journey.
Known for his focus on leadership and team development, Srinivasan has emphasized mentoring professionals and aligning individual performance with broader organizational objectives. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and a PGDM in Accounting and Finance from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
