Govind Shrikhande has completed his term as an Independent Director of Donear Industries Limited and retired from the Board with effect from November 10, 2025.
Shrikhande, who served as Managing Director (MD) of Shoppers Stop for eight years, played a pivotal role in driving business expansion and enhancing customer engagement. He currently serves as an independent board member across multiple organisations.
With over four decades of experience in the fabric, apparel, and retail sectors, Shrikhande has built deep expertise in business strategy, people management, marketing, analytics, and digital transformation. He holds a master’s degree in marketing and a bachelor’s degree in textile technology.
