Cyient DLM Limited has appointed Giridhar Aramane as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective November 26, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
Aramane is a distinguished Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer who served as India’s Defence Secretary from November 1, 2022 to October 31, 2024. Over his 32-year career, he has held several key roles across the Government of Andhra Pradesh and the Central Government. As Additional Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat, he oversaw Cabinet Affairs and contributed to high-level policy formulation and coordination.
Known for his strong administrative capabilities and strategic leadership, Aramane brings deep expertise in governance, defence administration, and inter-ministerial operations to the Cyient DLM Board.
