Dr. Narayanan Ramanathan, Chief Delivery Officer and Senior Management Personnel of L&T Technology Services Limited, has resigned due to personal reasons, effective February 19, 2026.
Dr. Ramanathan has previously served as Global Head of Digital Engineering at L&T Technology Services. He has earlier worked with Satyam Computer Services, HCL Technologies, and Tech Mahindra, where he handled roles in technology and engineering functions. He completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Military Signal and Geospatial Intelligence from University of Madras between 2015 and 2022.
His professional skill set includes GIS, programme management, business intelligence, strategy, and web services. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in digital engineering and technology-led initiatives across organisations.
