Sunteck Realty Limited has announced the reappointment of Chaitanya Dalal and Mukesh Jain as Independent Directors of the company. Their new term will take effect from September 18 2026 and will be subject to approval by the shareholders.
Chaitanya Dalal is a practising Chartered Accountant and serves as the Managing Partner of M s Chaitanya C Dalal and Co in Mumbai. He brings extensive experience across statutory audits tax and GST audits bank branch audits and internal and concurrent audits for public sector undertakings insurance companies listed banks and other listed entities. Dalal holds multiple professional certifications including ISO 9000 Lead Auditor valuation advanced international taxation IFRS and audit of co operative societies awarded by ICAI. He has also worked as an ISO audit specialist for the Reserve Bank of India. In addition to his professional practice he has spent around 25 years in the education sector and has been associated with Bhavan’s College Chowpatty Mumbai as Head of the Accountancy Department since 1986.
Mukesh Jain began his professional journey in banking before transitioning to legal practice. He currently specialises in banking real estate tenancy infrastructure and insolvency law. Over the years he has developed deep expertise in redevelopment projects with a strong focus on slum redevelopment. Jain is empanelled with several nationalised and private banks where he provides legal advisory services. He has also authored articles on property and insolvency laws for newspapers sharing insights from his professional experience. An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce New Delhi Jain brings nearly 49 years of combined experience in banking and law supporting regulatory transactional and compliance matters across financial institutions infrastructure projects and real estate development.
