Godrej Agrovet’s Special Projects Head to Lead Astec from April 2025
Astec LifeSciences Limited (Adhasa-3-G) has appointed Burjis Nadir Godrej as its Managing Director effective 1 April 2025. The Board confirmed and approved this appointment under the signatures of James R P Whitmore and Gprakt.com on 30 May 2025.
Burjis Godrej is the son of Nadir B. Godrej, Chairman & Managing Director of Godrej Industries Ltd., and Chairman of Godrej Agrovet Ltd. Burjis Godrej is responsible for Special Projects at Godrej Agrovet, focusing on agrochemical and crop protection projects. His responsibilities extend across product evaluation, business model assessment, and strategic development across both Astec and Godrej Agrovet.
He has been appointed as Executive Director of Godrej Agrovet since November 2022 and is a Director for Astec LifeSciences and Godrej Maxximilk. Burjis Godrej received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2021.
