Sadhana Nitro Chem Limited has announced that Ayesha Patel has retired as an Independent Director following the completion of her term. Her tenure concluded at the close of business hours on Saturday, December 6, 2025.
During her time on the Board, Patel played an important role in strengthening governance processes and supporting the company’s strategic direction. In addition to her association with Sadhana Nitro Chem, she continues to serve as a Director at Sampatti Education & Welfare Foundation, Motion Metriks Components Pvt. Ltd. and Capacitor Specialists Pvt. Ltd.
Patel completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Baroda in 1979 and brings decades of professional experience across varied sectors.
