Arindam Kumar Bhattacharya has resigned from his role as Independent Director of Info Edge India Limited due to personal reasons. His resignation is effective from January 15 2026.
Bhattacharya is widely recognised for his long association with Boston Consulting Group where he spent over two decades in leadership roles. He co founded and led the Global Advantage Practice and also directed the BCG Henderson Institute India focusing on globalisation and international business models. During his tenure he served as Senior Partner Managing Director and Managing Partner of the India system.
He currently holds the position of Senior Partner Emeritus and Senior Advisor at BCG and serves on the Boards of Bajaj Finance Limited and Bajaj Holdings and Investments Limited. Bhattacharya holds a BTech in Agricultural Engineering from IIT Kharagpur a postgraduate diploma in management from IIM Ahmedabad an MSc and a doctorate in engineering from the University of Warwick in England.
