Wipro Enterprises has appointed Anita Bhat Zutshi as its Chief Financial Officer with oversight of finance, information technology and legal functions.
Anita Bhat Zutshi brings extensive global finance leadership experience to her new role at Wipro Enterprises. Prior to this appointment she served as Chief Financial Officer for the ice cream business of Unilever where she supported operations across multiple geographies and brands. In this role she played a key part in managing finance and operational aspects related to business restructuring and separation initiatives.
Zutshi began her professional journey in 1995 with Hindustan Unilever and has since built a long career across diverse finance roles. Her experience includes business partnering stewardship and leadership across core finance functions. In 2014 she was appointed Vice President of Finance while serving as CFO for the home and personal care business.
She later expanded her responsibilities at a regional level taking on the role of CFO for markets spanning North Africa the Middle East Turkey Russia Ukraine and Belarus. Across these roles Zutshi has worked closely with business leaders to drive financial discipline strategic execution and operational effectiveness. Her appointment is expected to strengthen Wipro Enterprises’ financial governance and support its long term growth strategy.
