Anil Ahuja has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) of Adani Energy Solutions Limited, effective November 29, 2025, subject to shareholder approval.
Ahuja brings nearly four decades of leadership experience in global investments across technology, consumer products, financial services, infrastructure, and real estate. His expertise spans the full investment lifecycle, including early-stage ventures and large multinational enterprises, with strategic work in both public and private markets. He has chaired and served on several boards, driving sustainable business growth and long-term value creation across Asia.
Ahuja holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad, where he was awarded the First Gold Medal for academic excellence.
