Lodha Developers Limited strengthens board with Akhil Gupta’s appointment and Lee Polisano’s reappointment effective 2026
Akhil Gupta has been appointed as a Non Executive Independent Director and Additional Director on the board of Lodha Developers Limited with effect from April 24 2026. In addition Lee Polisano has been reappointed as an Independent Director starting July 30 2026 reinforcing continuity in board leadership.
Gupta previously served as Vice Chairman of Bharti Enterprises and played a key role in the group’s growth journey from its early stages. With over 40 years of experience he has developed expertise across telecom fundraising mergers and acquisitions and business strategy. His work has involved corporate finance investment planning and managing capital raising initiatives along with overseeing strategic transactions. He has also received recognition from professional bodies including honours from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for his contributions to the profession.
Polisano is an Architect and Urban Designer and serves as Founding Partner and President of PLP Architecture. He is also a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute where he contributes to initiatives focused on urban development and long term planning. With more than 45 years of experience he is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Over his career Polisano has led the design of projects across London and other global regions including Europe the Middle East and Asia covering commercial residential and institutional developments along with large scale planning assignments.
