Aishwarya Parwal has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of Kalyani Forge Limited due to relocation and other unavoidable personal reasons, with effect from February 21, 2026.
Parwal is a Company Secretary and compliance professional with experience in corporate law and regulatory affairs. She has previously served as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Sizemasters Technology Ltd., where she oversaw public company compliance and SEBI LODR requirements. Earlier, she worked with Giriraj A. Mohta & Company and completed an internship at Key Legal Advisors LLP, gaining exposure to corporate advisory and statutory matters. She is a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Amravati University.
