Quess Corp names Lohit Bhatia as Group CEO and Executive Director from June 1, 2026, while Guruprasad Srinivasan will step down at the end of May.
Quess Corp Limited has appointed Lohit Bhatia as Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) and Executive Director (Whole-Time Director), effective June 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. He will succeed Guruprasad Srinivasan, who will step down as Executive Director on May 31, 2026.
Lohit Bhatia currently serves as President of the Indian Staffing Federation and is associated with the Confederation of Indian Industry and the World Employment Confederation. He actively participates in industry discussions on workforce, skilling, and employment.
With over 28 years of experience across textiles, auto components, and services, Bhatia joined Quess in 2011 and has played a key role in expanding its staffing business. Under his leadership, the workforce scaled from around 13,000 to over 470,000 associates. His expertise spans sales, business development, product and service strategy, and managed services. He has also led the company’s international expansion through acquisitions in markets such as the Middle East, Singapore, and Sri Lanka.
Guruprasad Srinivasan has held several leadership roles at Quess Corp, including Group Executive Director and CEO. Prior to joining the company, he worked at The Adecco Group as General Manager of Operations. His experience covers operations and workforce management across industries.
Srinivasan attended Karnataka State Open University and has contributed significantly to Quess Corp’s business operations over the years. He has also been recognised with the Start Award for his contributions.
