Desh Raj Dogra has completed his tenure and retired from his role as Independent Director of Capri Global Capital Limited with effect from January 31 2026.
Desh Raj Dogra most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Credit Analysis and Research Limited. He brings decades of experience across banking finance and capital markets. He began his professional journey with the Himachal Pradesh Government in 1977 and joined Dena Bank in 1978 where he spent over fifteen years handling diverse banking functions and responsibilities.
Over the course of his career Dogra has held several leadership and governance positions. He served as Vice Chairperson and Public Interest Director at the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India until September 2016. He currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of multiple listed and unlisted companies including S. Chand and Company Welspun Corp Gandhar Oil Refinery G.R. Infraprojects Asirvad Micro Finance ITI Mutual Fund Trustee and Sunteck Realty.
Academically Dogra holds a master degree in agriculture from Himachal Pradesh University and an MBA in finance from the Faculty of Management Studies University of Delhi. His retirement marks the conclusion of a distinguished tenure marked by strong contributions to corporate governance and financial sector leadership.
