B.V.R. Subbu has concluded his tenure as an Independent Director of KPIT Technologies Limited and has retired from the Board with effect from January 15 2026.
Subbu brings decades of leadership experience from the automotive industry. He earlier served as President of Hyundai Motors India where he played a key role in strengthening operations and market presence. Prior to this he held several senior positions at Tata Motors contributing across the Commercial Vehicles and Multi Utility Vehicles segments.
Recognised as an automotive industry expert and thought leader Subbu has extensive experience in strategy operations and organisational leadership. His career reflects a strong understanding of market dynamics business expansion and long term industry development. He holds a postgraduate degree in economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a postgraduate diploma from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade.
