Nilesh Shivji Vikamsey and Sunil Behari Mathur have completed their tenures as Independent Directors of Thomas Cook (India) Limited and retired effective December 22, 2025.
Vikamsey has served as Director and Chairman of Federal Bank and was a member of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA). He currently contributes to SEBI’s Advisory Committee on Mutual Funds and holds leadership roles across industry forums including the National BFSI Committee and the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (West India Council). A Senior Partner at KKC & Associates LLP, he is also an Independent Director on multiple boards and has earlier served as President of ICAI.
Mathur is a Chartered Accountant and former Chairman of the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). He later served as Administrator of the Specified Undertaking of the Unit Trust of India (SUUTI) and has chaired the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. He has been associated with several corporate boards including UltraTech Cement and DCM Shriram Industries and previously contributed to key committees in the Indian financial sector.
