Stanley Reynolds and Douglas Rosencrans Named Interim Co-CEOs of 7-Eleven

7-Eleven Inc. has appointed Stanley Reynolds and Douglas Rosencrans as interim Co-Chief Executive Officers with immediate effect.

7-Eleven Inc. has announced a leadership transition with the appointment of Stanley Reynolds and Douglas Rosencrans as interim Co-Chief Executive Officers effective immediately. Reynolds currently serves as President while Rosencrans holds the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and both are members of the company’s Executive Committee.

Stanley Reynolds is responsible for a wide portfolio that includes finance corporate planning development and real estate construction and facilities mergers and acquisitions strategic sourcing and the company’s Canada operations. He joined 7-Eleven in 1997 as Manager of Corporate Finance and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2005. Prior to his tenure at 7-Eleven he worked in corporate banking at NationsBank and began his career as a staff accountant at Ernst and Whinney. Reynolds serves on the Boards of 7-Eleven Inc. and 7-Eleven International. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA in finance from Vanderbilt University along with a bachelor’s degree from Henderson State University.

Douglas Rosencrans oversees more than 7400 franchised stores and focuses on strategies to drive network expansion operational performance and franchise profitability. He has spent over a decade with 7-Eleven and previously led franchise operations Canadian business operations fuel operations and regional store networks in Texas. Before joining the company Rosencrans held leadership positions at Mobil Oil and ExxonMobil. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and management from Texas A and M University and an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University.

The dual interim leadership structure is expected to ensure continuity while advancing operational priorities and strategic initiatives across 7-Eleven’s global convenience retail network.
