Natarajan Srinivasan has stepped down from his role as Executive Vice Chairman and Whole Time Director of Coromandel International Limited with effect from December 20 2025.
Coromandel International Limited has announced that Natarajan Srinivasan has retired from the position of Executive Vice Chairman and Whole Time Director effective December 20 2025 marking the conclusion of his tenure with the company.
Srinivasan brings with him a distinguished leadership career across the Murugappa Group and other leading organisations. He has previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited and as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Cholamandalam Investments and Finance Company Limited. He has also held the role of Group Finance Director and Corporate Board Member at the Murugappa Group contributing to strategic and financial leadership at the group level.
With deep expertise in finance corporate governance and business management Srinivasan has played a significant role in shaping organisational growth across multiple sectors. He holds a degree in finance from the University of Madras. His retirement marks the end of a long and impactful professional journey in senior leadership roles within the Indian corporate landscape.
