IndusInd Bank Limited has announced the resignation of Shiv Kumar Bhasin from his role as Chief Transformation Officer and Senior Management Personnel effective January 16 2026.
IndusInd Bank Limited has informed that Shiv Kumar Bhasin has resigned from his position as Chief Transformation Officer and Senior Management Personnel with effect from January 16 2026. The decision has been taken as he plans to explore professional opportunities outside the bank.
Bhasin brings deep experience in technology leadership and large scale transformation across the financial services sector. Prior to joining IndusInd Bank he held senior roles including Group Chief Technology and Operations Officer at National Stock Exchange of India Limited and Global Chief Technology Officer for the State Bank of India Group.
His career also includes leadership positions at Barclays where he headed IT strategy architecture and change delivery across retail corporate investment banking and wealth management businesses. Earlier in his professional journey he worked as Senior Technical Manager at Hughes Software Systems contributing to enterprise technology solutions.
Bhasin holds a master’s degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. His departure marks the conclusion of a phase focused on technology modernisation and transformation initiatives at IndusInd Bank.
