Arihant Superstructures Limited has announced the appointment of Sheetal Bhilkar as Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director), effective October 9, 2025, pending approval by the company’s members.
Bhilkar is the Founder, Director, and CEO of Urja Building Services Consultants Pvt. Ltd., bringing over 30 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry. A strong advocate for sustainable engineering and women’s empowerment, she founded the Real Woman Global Community and The Real Woman Awards to foster diversity and inclusivity within the construction sector.
She has also served as Vice President of NAREDCO Mahi, an initiative promoting women leadership in real estate and infrastructure. Bhilkar’s contributions have earned her multiple accolades, including the Women Super Achiever Award, Iconic Woman Award, and recognition among the Top 10 Women Leaders in Construction & Infrastructure 2024.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from SBM College of Engineering and Technology, Mumbai, and has completed executive education at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Bangalore.
