IndusInd Bank has named Viral Damania as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 22, 2025.
With this transition, Santosh Kumar’s additional responsibilities as Special Officer of Finance & Accounts and his designation as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) have concluded, though he will continue to serve as Deputy CFO.
Damania, a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Cost & Works Accountant, also holds a certification in Information Systems Audit and Control from ISACA. He brings over 27 years of expertise in finance and banking, having previously served as CFO of Bank of America India and held senior leadership roles at Citibank NA and PwC.
