Dabur Strengthens Leadership with the Appointment of Sriram Padmanabhan to Steer Its Health Care Division
Dabur India Limited has announced that Philipe Joseph Hlaydon, who has been leading the company’s Health Care Business, will be retiring effective July 1, 2025. In preparation for this transition, the company has named Sriram Padmanabhan as his successor. His appointment comes into effect from April 7, 2025, or another date as approved by the Executive Director – HR.
With over two decades of experience spanning marketing, sales, business strategy, and P&L management, Padmanabhan is set to bring a dynamic perspective to the role. He most recently served as Marketing Director at Danone India and has previously held key leadership roles at Abbott Nutrition, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Kimberly-Clark Lever, Times Internet, and Dabur Foods Ltd.
A graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MD University and a PGDM holder from MDI Gurgaon, Padmanabhan’s versatile experience across sectors makes him a strong fit to lead Dabur’s Health Care vertical into its next phase of growth.
