Procter & Gamble Health Limited has announced the appointment of Shashank Srowthy as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 1, 2025. He will take over from Lokesh Chandak, who moves into a new role as Senior Director of Finance & Accounting, Feminine Care, P&G Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
Srowthy, who joined P&G in 2011, brings over 14 years of experience in finance with a strong track record across India, Dubai, and Singapore. Currently serving as Director of Finance, Haircare, P&G Asia, Middle East, and Africa, he has played a key role in driving business performance across multiple categories and geographies.
An alumnus of the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai, Srowthy is expected to strengthen P&G Health’s financial strategies, governance, and growth trajectory in India.
