Capri Global Capital Limited (CGCL) has named Monu Ratra as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective October 7, 2025.
Ratra brings over two decades of experience in the financial services and housing finance sector. Prior to joining Capri Global, he served as Executive Director and CEO at IIFL Home Finance, where he played a pivotal role in driving business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation. He has also held key leadership positions at Indiabulls, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Ltd., contributing to strategic initiatives across retail lending, mortgage operations, and financial management.
An alumnus of the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi, Ratra holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from Guru Nanak Dev University. His appointment underscores Capri Global’s focus on strengthening its leadership team to accelerate business expansion and enhance shareholder value.
