Solara Active Pharma Sciences Limited has announced the appointment of Mohanraj S. as Executive Director and Whole-Time Director in the capacity of an Additional Director with effect from January 1 2026. The appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders.
Mohanraj is an experienced executive leader with over three decades of professional experience spanning the pharmaceutical biotech defence and aerospace engineering apparel and media sectors. He has extensive exposure to organisational leadership people management and regulatory compliance across diverse industries.
He is a certified ISO auditor and currently serves on the Board of Studies for Industrial Relations at St Joseph’s University. Over the course of his career Mohanraj has overseen labour employment and environment health and safety compliance for multi location manufacturing operations.
His previous leadership roles include senior positions at Mylan Laboratories the Manipal Group and Tata Advanced Materials where he contributed to governance workforce strategy and operational excellence initiatives.
Mohanraj holds a master’s degree in social work from the University of Madras and a bachelor’s degree in behavioural sciences from St Joseph’s College Bengaluru. His appointment is expected to strengthen leadership depth and governance capabilities at Solara Active Pharma Sciences.
